Abstract: This research evaluates the effectiveness of community outreach programs, specifically the Quick Response Team. This program was generated to address the opioid epidemic and link individuals to treatment. The population served is on the West side of Cincinnati, Price Hill, Westwood, and downtown Cincinnati.
