Tests of NOX compounds

Abstract: Our project aims to test and evaluate the ability of synthesized NOX inhibitor compounds to inhibit NOX gene damages induced by sunlight in skin cells such as fibroblast cells, melanocytes and keratinocytes. UV irradiation is used to mimic the sunlight. And NOX inhibitor compounds are diluted to 10, 20 and 40 micromolar for testing their ability and cytotoxic effects.
