Abstract: My research is on postpartum issues and how its effects women who are homeless during the postpartum period and how it also the effects on the 300 children who are born to homeless mothers annually (HARP). postpartum in conjunction with homelessness compounds the untreated symptoms of postpartum and the need to provide better care for women who are homeless. There is a needed for both mother and baby in the postpartum period to have assistants in develop a strategy for preventing homelessness and focus on developing a stable long-term foundation.
