Abstract: This is a Quantitative study over types of nursing fatigue felt by nurses and nurses' aides in long term care facilities that uses pre-test post-test design. The literature has provided that nurses across the board experience fatigue due to the unique difficulties that surround the job. The types of fatigue that are tested are emotional, physical, and mental.
