Reducing Food Waste

Abstract: On my poster, I will showcase my research as to how difficult it is to reduce ones own food waste. I will gather my research by surveying people I know personally as well as using social media. By combining this information I have gathered as well as using preexisting data, I will be able to determine how much less food they have wasted, how much money they have saved, and how much less food waste will be going into landfills. I will also be able to determine how much less methane will be entering our atmosphere by using the data.
