Abstract: Our research was conducted to go into how different shooting angles affected accuracy in women's lacrosse. Previous studies have been conducted on men's players but we wanted to go into how it can be different for the women's sport. We looked at two different shooting styles, the overhand or sidearm. The subjects were instructed to do a running approach going 75% of their speed up to the 8 meter, with a designated spot, and shooting into a goal that is partially covered so they have to aim for a certain spot specified by researchers.
