Abstract: A Future for Furniture explores how the manufacturing process of product design can be leveraged through computation, allowing for users to become their own designers. An idea that works towards greater sustainability through real time customization and automated engineering. Expanding on top of traditional CAD software, a Future for Furniture shows how verbal commands directing form and shape can overlap directly into robotic fabrication.
