Abstract: High intensity functional workouts have been shown to improve cardiovascular fitness. To date there is limited research on the use of high intensity functional "snack" training and its impact of cardiovascular fitness. VO2 max values were measured before and after a three week trial period of snack workouts to measure their effectiveness. There were many limitations to this study due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
