Abstract: This research was to evaluate the effectiveness of Life skills training in changing attitudes and actions towards drug and alcohol use in adolescents, along with other life skills. This was done by the use of pre and post tests before and after the training. The outcome was that the Life Skills was beneficial to the students and effective in changing their attitudes.
