Abstract: People who live in low income neighborhoods usually experience more than one form of crisis. If everything doesn't go right, it is automatically crisis. This makes it hard for residents to get forward because they constantly have something to face, and usually do not have many resources to help. My research is a needs assessment of Northside neighborhood in attempt to find those areas of crisis the residents experience. I also explore what resources are available and what resources would fit nicely in the neighborhood.
