Abstract: The effects of the baby boom generation entering retirement is putting stress on an industry that is already experiencing great strain. Direct care providers (nurses and aides) are being pushed to their own personal limits, many of them experience burnout. This research aims to Time the onset of that burnout to assist future researchers to implement interventions.
