Abstract: Adolescent Girls who are victims of early childhood trauma and have found substance use as effective coping, though, substance use had led to addiction and has began to prevent these girls from having a successful futures. Through the use of the childrens home of northern kentucky, these girls will participate in programs to help them find the replacement coping that can deal with the stressors of childhood trauma and be able to cope in effective ways while ruling out substances.
