Copyright and Access

Visible Language is distributed to subscribers directly and through third parties such as subscription aggregators. Therefore, Visible Language requires authors to assert that their article is their original work and to assign the entire right, title, and interest in and copyright of the Article throughout the world to the University of Cincinnati, its successors and assigns. With the exception of an author’s institutional website or its appearance in an anthology of their writings, where the author agrees to cite the appropriate Visible Language volume, number, date and pages as the original source of the publication, the author understands that they will need to request permission to publish the Article in other venues.
