The Undergraduate Scholarly Showcase is an initiative of UC’s Undergraduate Research Program, located within the Division of Experience-based Learning and Career Education. Each year, hundreds of students from diverse majors present new knowledge and innovation produced through scholarly process at The University of Cincinnati Undergraduate Scholarly Showcase. The Undergraduate Scholarly Showcase Proceedings was developed in 2019 to provide permanent, open access to the abstracts of projects presented at this event. Because the Showcase is a multidisciplinary event, students are instructed to develop presentations for a multidisciplinary audience. Similarly, the project titles and abstracted documented in the Proceedings should be written to appeal to a broad audience. Presenters who wish to have their abstract published in the Proceedings are required to obtain permission from their project.
