Abstract: The internet is a place where the developmental disabilities community can learn, connect and share new ideas. Unfortunately there is a negative side of the internet that gets people into trouble. With the increase of human trafficking and cyberbullying the internet can be a dangerous place. The developmental disabilities is a vulnerable community already and when you add the dangers of the internet it can seem scary to allow them to use it. This study will focus on an internet safety program and analyze the results of the pre and post-test to assess the effectiveness of the program. Teaching the community about internet safety will minimize the dangers of the internet.
