Nancy Erbstein

Nancy Erbstein received her Ph.D. in Education from UC Berkeley. She also learned from young researchers and organizers through her role as a co-founder and co-director of Youth In Focus, a non-profit equity-focused intermediary organization that supported youth-led research, evaluation and planning in the areas of education, youth development, public health, community planning and juvenile justice for almost 20 years. Nancy is currently a research faculty member in the UC Davis Department of Human Ecology, where she studies the production and disruption of disparities in youth well-being.
