Abstract: Domestic violence is a worldwide issue, it impacts every community from urban and suburban to rural towns and villages, and it affects all types of families regardless of age, race, socioeconomic status, or religion. There have been several studies that research domestic violence, and one question always remains. What makes women stay in abusive relationships?
