Submit Article
The contributions have to be submitted online via OJS. Please login first before you upload your article. New users of focus on German Studies need to register first. Do not hesitate to contact the editorial team for any further information. Articles should be fifteen to twenty-five pages in length, double spaced. We only accept submissions formatted according to the MLA Style Manual and Guide to Scholarly Publishing (Eighth Edition). A helpful guide is available here.
Before submitting the articles, all metadata and name/affiliation need to be removed. If submitting a book review, name and affiliation may remain in the heading of the review. Find information on how to remove metadata here. Articles need to be formatted according to the focus on German Studies stylesheet (PDF).
